Can you be more specific with your question? The title of your question and subtext seem to be asking different things. If you want to model evaporative cooling, there are many questions about it on the forum.

Are you talking about an adiabatic cooler in an air handler unit perhaps? That'd be the EvaporativeCooler:InDirect/Direct:XXX objects (eg: EvaporativeCooler:Direct:CelDekPad)

Yes i am referring to EvaporativeCooler: InDirect:WetCoil. Can you pls suggest how do i model this ?

You can look at the example files included with EnergyPlus. The ExampleFiles-ObjectLinks.html file (in the ExampleFiles folder) shows the first three example files that contain the object in question. StripMallZoneEvapCooler.idf shows how to connect and model the EvaporativeCooler:InDirect:WetCoil.
