I want to model a semi-open space and valid mean radiation temperature (MRT) with experimental measures. Can I have it (MRT of semi-open space) in energyplus? And how?

You can request Zone Mean Radiant Temperature by adding an Output:Variable.

As far as modeling a semi-open space, you'll have to model infiltration properly, perhaps using Airflow Network if you need that complexity. There have been a few questions that are on a similar topic, including Modelling vents in EnergyPlus
