I'm new in HVAC system and I want to know how can I set the room tempreature in energyplus or openstudio? Thanks

In EnergyPlus you need to define a thermostat object and reference that thermostat for your equipment. In OpenStudio you need to define a setpoint schedule and add it to your zones/spaces.
