BCL measures download problem [closed]
Hello, i try to download some measures from BCL but getting the errors below:
"The specified URL cannot be found.Refer to incident 15dcc9b9e79-30321c2d when contacting support." "The specified URL cannot be found.Refer to incident 15dcc9bcdce-30321c2d when contacting support."
Specifically the measures are WSHP with DOAS(More design Paremeters) and GSHP with DOAS(More design Paremeters) from Xcel Energy group and the other one is AEDG Office HVAC WSHP with DOAS from NREL group.I think that the server is down and the support in NREL is a bit busy because i've sent them a message and they haven't responded yet! So my question is: "is there any guy here that may has confronted the same issues and have a solution or is there anybody that may has already downloaded some of these measures and can send them to me? I wait for your response.Thanks in advance everybody!

The admin who would normally take care of this is on Summer vacation. I've brought it to the attention of someone else who may be able to help.
BCL is back up, and seems to be responsive for now, I'll close this issue.
