How to convert .Bin to .wth weather files?

I need to run a version of doe2 which needs the weather file to be in .wth and I couldn't figure out a way to convert TMY3 .bin file into .wth weather file

Which version of DOE2? Are you sure there's a difference in file format? It might just be that the .bat file you call to run your simulation doesn't require file extension and just slaps ".Wth" at the end of the weather file parameter you passed. You can try to change the bat script, or just try renaming .bin in .wth for laughs...

doe2.com has a weather utilities download. doe2.com, Weather Data & Utilities page, DOE-2 processor. That link downloads DOE22WeatherUtilities.zip. After unzipping, go to the Util32 folder. In there you will find CVTWTH16.DOC and CVTWTH16.exe. Read the .DOC for instructions. I forget which number corresponds to .wth but I believe it may be 1, Acrosoft. I haven't used that version since 1996,
