Hi I simulated a building with steam boiler, and want to transfer heat from steam to hot water, so I try to use HeatExchenger:FluidToFluid, but after simulation it can only achieve heat exchange between water, any other idea? Thx!!!

No, not yet. This has been added as a new feature request on the EnergyPlus Github where it's source code is hosted. Give this feature a "thumbs up" to let the development team know that users want this.
