OpenStudio: Modeling Geothermal + WSHP DOAS + VRF

Hello, I am trying to model a geothermal closed loop system connected to water source VRF units and a water source heat pump DOAS unit. There's also a dry cooler and boiler for peak summer and peak winter conditions.

I've seen several measures than can do GSHP + DOAS and DOAS + WHSP etc, but none which match my description above. However, rather than starting from scratch, is it potentially easier to apply one of the existing measures and make tweaks, i.e. replacing WSHP with VRFs and following this post for modeling the WSHP DOAS?

Just wanted to get people's thoughts on what the best way to approach this is. Thanks!
