Export EDAPT report problem using PAT 2.1

asked 7 years ago

I have problems when exporting EDAPT report using PAT2.1. Here is what I did: 1) choose seed model, weather data 2) add measures including XcelEDAReportingandQAQC (updated to 20170323) and create options for all of them 3) create Design Alternatives and choose Xcel Eda Reportingand Qaqc for all cases 4) run the model 5) click report tab, choose EDAPT Export, choose baseline, proposed case, click Export EDAPT XML

However, it came out the error: No EDAPT Export measure was not included

I thought I already include EDAPT measure for all cases in step 3), is there anything missing?

It's possible that the non-unique measure option names between the Xcel QAQC and OpenStudio Results is creating an issue, so it's worth a try to change that. If that doesn't work can you provide more detail on the inputs you used for the report, and the full error. Also do all of the individual simulations run successfully and the other PAT project reports appear to function?

I thought maybe not having XcelEDATariffSelectionandModelSetup measure might create an issue, but I was able to export XML without that measure in the workflow.

Downloaded the latest measures and changed names to avoid non-unique option names, it works now

Thanks for letting me know that worked. We'll make sure to note that the next time we update documentation, although long term, we should make the GUI more bulletproof, either preventing duplicate names, or allowing duplicate names to work.
