Am trying to analyse a commercial space in energyplus am using sketchup make for drawing the space and euclid extension for creating zones, everything goes well when I save the file, but once I open the file again to continue my work it is show euclid error and am unable to create the other zones...

The error is as follows:

Sorry...the Euclid extension has encountered an error. This error may cause unpredictable behavior in the extension--continue this session with caution! It would probably be a good idea to exit SketchUp and start again.

For help, please email us at <info@bigladdersoftware.com>.

I'm sure eventually someone from BigLadder will see this here, but the error message does say to email them directly...

When you get an error message in Euclid, the best thing to do is email us as instructed (which you did--I got your email but we were closed for the holiday) and also include your EnergyPlus input file (.idf extension) as an attachment along with instructions for how to reproduce the problem.

Based on this error message alone, I can't tell you much. This does not appear to be an issue that we know about. Please send your input file to info@bigladdersoftware.com and we'll try to help.
