Weather file 2 minute timestep - error

I have created an epw-file with a timestep of 2 minutes. However, when I run a simulation I get the following error message:

**  Fatal  ** Unexpected error condition in middle of reading EPW file, 2016/1/270:2

I don't see any missing data or inconsistencies in the file. I looked at simular questions ( 1 and 2 ) but I wasn't able to solve the problem..

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?

How did you generate the EPW file? Did you use the Weather Converter auxiliary program? If so, could you attach the original file you used to create the EPW file?

I first tried to create the EPW file using the weather converter by using this CSV and this DEF file, but in the EPW output file, the data is altered and not as accurate as the inital data.. I didn't find a way to fix this and so I decided to create the EPW file myself (by extracting the data from Matlab into an EPW format).
