For the baseline autosized system (cooling and heating), shall the fan autosized?

For the baseline autosized system (cooling and heating), shall the fan autosized? when I autosize the fan, I have to use pressure rise at high value to get the fan power required. This lead to have 70% to 80% saving compared to the proposed model. I guess I am missing something! any recommendation please?
