OpenStudio: PAT Library

OpenStudio:

PAT video tutorials show a library present when opening PAT. However, when 2.1.0 PAT for the first time, the library is not present. How do we open the library in order to begin using it?

Clicking the "Add Measure" button in the first PAT tab will open the Building Component Library window. You can also open the window from the Window pulldown menu.
