Hello,

I am getting an error while modeling a complex fenestration system in OpenStudio with Radiance Measure to simulate a shoe-box building model. The model includes 2 glare sensors and 4 daylight sensors. If I add more than one layer in the construction of subsurface I get the following error.

Error:

[openstudio.radiance.ForwardTranslator] <1> Cannot determine visible transmittance for SubSurface Top window section, it cannot not be translated. Radiance model translation failed. [openstudio.radiance.ForwardTranslator] <1> Cannot determine visible transmittance for SubSurface Middle window section, it cannot not be translated. Radiance model translation failed. [openstudio.radiance.ForwardTranslator] <1> Cannot determine visible transmittance for SubSurface Bottom window section, it cannot not be translated. Radiance model translation failed. Exception: exit

Please send me your model (rob[dot]guglielmetti[at]gmail[dot]com) and I'll take a look at your construction.
