Simulate a porous/humid façade for natural evaporative cooling

Hi there! I am on a project where we are studying a prototype of porous concrete façade where the inner face is kept humid in order to improve evaporative natural ventilation. Does anybody of you know if there's a way to simulate evaporative effect of water? Thank you! Cheers

I actually don't know the answer, but if you tag the question with the name of the tool you are using (e.g., designbuilder or energyplus) it should get picked up and answered sooner.

Thanks .. I'll do that.. however If there's another software that allows it i would try with i instead
