Are there weather files and energy data updates for 2016 California TDV evaluation.

The CEC has multiple data sets and weather files for updated TDV analysis (2016 and 2019) posted on their website: http://www.energy.ca.gov/title24/2019... http://www.energy.ca.gov/title24/2016... Has EnergyPlus released updates containing equivalent weather files and TDV data files?
