Hi, I got a building with one RTU which provide fresh air to corridor, and each apartment fresh air also provided through a door undercut from corridor. I just wonder how can I simulate a vent between each apartment and corridor by openstudio?

Use ZoneMixing such that the apartments are receiving from the corridor. The flow is probably balanced by ex-filtration/bathroom exhaust so be sure to account for that such that your mass flow in equals your mass flow out. Look here for more information.

Thanks, but in this way, how can I guarantee there have enough fresh air in each apartment? (because I only can set flow rate from corridor, rather than fresh air flow rate)

you'll need to calculate the fresh air requirement, assume the corridor is well mixed, and make sure the outdoor air provided by your RTU is enough to meet the ventilation rate. You will probably need to hard-size the RTU airflow rates.
