Use Existing Window as Standard Design for Altered Window in CBECC-COM

Title 24 Table 141.0 D says if there is third party verification of existing condition, the standard design for the "altered" fenestration should be the "Existing U-factor and RSHGC level". In CBECC-COM, when I set the status of the window to "altered", it defaults the baseline to Table 141.0-A, which is the case without third party verification. Is there a method to make CBECC-COM simulate "Existing U-factor and RSHGC level" as the baseline?
