Hi for an energy wheel of 80 m3/min flow rate at both sides, what is a typican number for sensible and latent effectiveness?

From Table 3: Comparison of Air-to-Air Energy Recovery Devices (2016 ASHRAE Handbook - HVAC Systems and Equipment pg. 26.22):

Energy Wheel:

  • Equipment Size Range, cfm: 50 to 74,000 and up

  • Typical Sensible effectiveness, %: 65 to 80

  • Typical Latent effectiveness, %: 50 to 80

  • Typical effectiveness, %: 55 to 80
