equest not creating spaces

I am creating thermal zones for a building using the DD Wizard. I created floors 1 and 2 without any issues. While zoning the third floor, I noticed the model has begun to return errors saying "EL3 East Perim Plnm (G.E53) was referenced on line 31158 but never defined." I am pretty new to eQuest, but have noticed that when I input zones in the wizard, the program sequentially numbers each space (ex. for 40 spaces, numbered 1-40) and then sequentially numbers the corresponding plenums (ex. for 40 spaces, numbered 41-80). Since these errors have appeared, I noticed that eQuest is not necessarily generating a space for every new thermal zone. For instance, this floor has 40 thermal zones, but only 35 spaces were created. When I view results in Detail Edit, if I click on a thermal zone and only a plenum shows (as opposed to a plenum and a space). So the (35) spaces are numbered 1-35 and the 40 plenums are numbered 36-75, and I think the way the plenums are referenced in the .inp file is being effected by the error in numbering. Has anyone experienced this before? I assume I can fix the issue manually in Detail Edit when I am finished zoning, but would like to know where the issue is rooted so I won't be at a total loss if this happens again.

Plenum 53 (assuming only 35 spaces are made in this shell) would correspond to Zone 13. My 2 guesses are that the error is with either Zone 13 or Zone 35/36. I cant explicitly say I've run into these error before, but it rings a bell......hummm....and geometry fixes of this scale in detail mode are probably best to avoid for a number of reasons....sanity being one.

Can you share/send the pd2 / pdl / inp files out for review?

I was never able to really identify the cause of this issue, but I believe it was related to copying the third floor shell from the second floor, and then keeping some thermal zones the same while altering/deleting others. The .inp file may have gotten mixed up in naming the new plenums and spaces. Anyways, I eventually deleted the shell causing issues and redrew the zones from scratch in the wizard with no issues or errors
