Hi,

I am currently doing a project and the detail given is only the heating and cooling setpoint without HVAC systems. I have searched the forum for answers but I still could not figure out which tab to define the heating and cooling setpoint.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Zone heating and cooling setpoints are defined under the 'Thermal Zones' tab in OpenStudio. You can create a temperature schedule and assign them to Cooling/Heating thermostat schedule. The OpenStudio User Documentation is a good resource for the OpenStudio Application.

Thank you for your response! Is the temperature schedule and Cooling/Heating thermostat schedule from the library?

The heating set point given is 65 F and cooling set point is 75 F. how do i set this numbers in thermal zone? Also, I am given 300 Btu/h F UA overall(includes infiltration, not glazing) .. how do I set this into openstudio ?
