Simulate Chiller with specified NPLV

I would like to simulate a chiller which has excellent part-load performance. Although its full-load kW/ton is not good, its NPLV is very low.

However, there are only inputs for full-load COP and curves in OpenStudio. If I don't have chiller performance data from manufacturer for curve generation. How could I input the NPLV to simulate the chiller with good part-load performance?

I tried to find the chiller data with similar performance in E+ library, but the curve name only shows the full-load curve and I don't know how to check the NPLV of those chillers in E+ dataset. Any advice or ideas?

This has been discussed before. I'm pinging @Jim Dirkes who definitely has stuff to say. You can also search for "Chiller IPLV/NPLV Calculation for Energyplus" on the EnergyPlus support group.

While the AHRI 550 / 590 calculation for IPLV looks similar to that for DX coil IEER and IPLV, I don't have a calculation for that (and probably won't any time soon) If you would like to try to adapt my DX coil IPLV / IEER spreadsheet tool to work for chillers, I'm happy to share it if you send a request via private message.
