Hi,

I'm having trouble configuring HVAC systems in Openstudio. I added a 'Packaged Rooftop Air Conditioner', serving my Thermal Zone 2. When I ran the simulation, the error file said:

I set the "Control Zone" to a zone already, so I don't know how to correct the error. Can someone point out my error or what is missing please? Thank you.

I am using Windows 10, 64-bit and Openstudio 1.13

Are you sure you have a space assigned to your thermal zone?

Yes, all the spaces are assigned to zones.

Here is a thread that covers the CONTROLLER:MECHANICALVENTILATION error pretty thoroughly.

Also the SETPOINTMANAGER:SINGLEZONE:REHEAT error is touched on here and might be relevant.

Hopefully this helps!

Wow thanks @ryocha. I didn't see those threads when searching. The first thread had the answer. My weather file happened to be missing design days.
