PROBLEM WITH COOLING AND HEATING CONSUMPTION

Hi,

I was very surprised the results of energy heating and cooling that I've got my model because the model is an energy certification F and I get very low consumption.

I have defined all the buildings correctly with corrects transmittances...

Any idea where I can make a mistake or help because I'm very lost.
