Any problems with running multiple instances of OS?

Sometimes I just want to open two instances of OS and run them at the same time for a quick check on something. Should I expect any problems with the results? I don't see anything obvious happening. Sometimes I'm doing this with the Radiance measure as an "Always Run" measure.
