Humidity Control in Detailed HVAC

When Using the Detailed HVAC do we need to add a humidifier to the Air Handling Unit? Does the software not automatically take the humidity set points from the Activity set?

Humidity in Activity Tab

Problem is when I am changing the RH Humdification and Dehumidification set points the results are not giving any changes in energy.

It depends of the programation on Model Options. If you designate Detailed HVAC and Option 2-Detailed HVAC Data in Detailed HVAC Activity data, the (Des)Humidification setpoint used are the setpoints in HVAC Zone. Otherwise, if you designate Option 1-Simple HVAC Data in Detailed HVAC Activity data, the (Des)Humidification setpoint used are the setpoints in Activity Data. You have to model (Des)Humidification process in AHUs modeled.
