I don't know if I am missing something obvious, and if so, sorry! Reopening the project file in PAT 1.14.0 deletes the old results. The previous version didn't have this problem. I also noticed that all the design alternatives in the PAT folder also get erased. I am still able to export an XML report to see the old results, but none of the individual folders for each of the alternative runs("data points") are preserved in the folder. My colleague encountered the same problem on a diferent PAT project as well. Has anyone else encountered the same problem, or know how to preserve results on closing the PAT project, and reopening it? Thanks in advance!

@gokulram, thanks for pointing this out. This should not happen and I was able to confirm the behavior on my machine. I filed an issue for this.

We will look into the cause, but in the mean time, while it isn't pretty, you can make a zip of your project before re-opening to maintain the simulation results from the datapoints. This still won't help with the results tab, but will allow you to maintain the raw simulation files. You can also roll back to PAT 1.13 but that wouldn't work if you needed newer features in OpenStudio 1.14.0

Thanks for filing the issue David! For now, I think I'll just zip the files and save the results in another folder!
