Hello everyone.

I am trying to model a mechanical ventilation for my building on openstudio, but I am not very good with mechanical system. Anyone can explain me how to model it?

I have one thermal zone and i need a mechanical ventilation which works like this: - Inflating 3000 m^3/h in my thermal zone at 18° during winter time and 24° during summer time - It should works from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Thank you very much for your help.

I'm sorry, Neal. I am using openstudio but I totally forgot to tag it.

P.s. I tried to retag my question but it doesn't work.

What about setting up an AirLoop with a ventilator (with constant speed = 3000/3600 m3/s), connecting your zone with an air-terminal, assigning an ON/OFF schedule to the ventilator (ON from 07:00-21:00) ? Securing the target temperatures of 18°C or 24°C will require additional heating cooling with appropriate setpoint manager(s) linked to a summer/winter temperature schedule. As a new user, it is best to add components step by step and test behavior.
