open studio legacy problem

hello, please i have a problem with the open studio legacy with sketchup 2016 and energy plus 8.4. i downloaded the proper file which is the latest one on the legacy, and the 2 tool bars installed , but when i open a zone and create a building inside the zone, it is always white and the object tools is not understand that it is an energy plus zone. please if anyone have a solution for my problem just tell me, i have a project in my research and i am late coz of this.

Does this happen if you open an existing IDF, or only for zones you make with the legacy plugin? It's possible you are drawing loose SketchUp geometry that isn't within a thermal zone, and that is why it is white.

I suggest that you try using sketchup 2014 with the current version of legacy openstudio (v1.0.14). There a bug of the plug-in when used with sketchup 2015 and 2016 related to unneccesary duplication of surfaces. I would have to verify again the issue to give you a better explanation. But so far, I donĀ“t think this issue has been solved.

@sooshhhh have you tried using Euclid (the renamed and updated version of Legacy OpenStudio)?
