How can I use .stat / .audit file format?

I made .stat / .audit file from .epw format file by weather converter, but I've no idea how to use it. Does these file formats require another tool or something?

It is just plain ACII text, you should be able to open with any text editor, or if you use Windows, the notepad is good enough. You can also open with a spreadsheet program so you can make any calculations. Good Luck!
