OpenStudio 1.13.0 files won't stay open. Closes on Save-As, Set Weather File, etc.
I've got OpenStudio 1.13.0 installed and whenever I try to open and modify an .osm, the file closes with no warning. It happens when I try to Save-As, Set Weather File, Import DDY, Apply Measure Now, ect. I've tried reinstalling, I've tried saving the file locally and on the network. I uninstalled and deleted leftover registry information then reinstalled. Nothing is helping.
Has anyone had/heard of this issue or know of what might be causing it?

@Eric - This happens with all .osm's, even trying to save or set weather files on new ones.
@David - I'm using Windows 7 Pro SP1. I've tried a new file and files saved on a network drive and my local drive where I have read/write permissions. I've also tried deleting the same-named folder that is created upon saving (I can save, but not Save-As). Still having the same issues in all cases.
UPDATE 2:
Ok, so I have figured out (don't ask me how) that if I drag and drop any file from Windows Explorer over the OpenStudio window, everything works. I've never seen or heard of this being a solution to anything and I have no idea why that would fix my problem. Everything I've done so far is repeatable for me.
Does this happen with any osm, or a specific one?
Can you update your question with what operating system you are using? Make sure the file is saved somewhere that you have read/write permissions. Also try deleting the directory with the same name as the OSM file that sits next to it (or rename it if you have measures and or results you don't want to loose)
Have you used earlier versions of OpenStudio on this computer and if so did you see this behavior then?
David, I haven't used any other version of OpenStudio on this computer.
