how do I get the virtual DES fuel rate from virtual rate in LEED v.l4

Once I have the virtual fuel rate for a heating system, I need to find the virtual DES rate. The LEED documentation says that the virtual DES rate can be found in the minimum energy performance calculator, but I cant find it there. LEED 2009 DES procedure used a multiplier of 1.56 for hot water heating systems to get the virtual DES rate from the building virtual rate, but I am unable to find the multiplier for LEED v.4

The virtual DES rate conversions were added to the LEEDv4 Reference Guide in Addenda 100002152.
