Sorry for your troubles, what operating system are you using? The first thing to check is that you are either using 64 SketchUp and 64 bit OpenStudio OR 32 bit SketchUP and 32 bit OpenStudio. Also, make sure you are really using SketchUp 2016 as OpenStudio (as of 1.13) is not compatible with SketchUp 2017.

If that doesn't clear it up you can try disabling other plugins and follow the troubleshooting steps here.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I am using 64 SketchUp and 64 bit 2016 which is correct. Any other idea for how to solve the problem?

One thing I find useful is to disable the OpenStudio plugin, then start SketchUp, open the Ruby console, then activate the OpenStudio plugin. You may get some new information from that.

how do I disable OpenStudio?

@juniacompostella: In Sketchup: Window > Preferences, select Extensions and un-check the box next to 'OpenStudio'. The Ruby console is opened from Window > Ruby Console.
