Where to always run measures live for a particular osm file?

It seems that if I just copy, paste and rename an osm file the "always run" measures do not persist in the new version, even though the osm files are the same. Where do the measure attributes (in this case I am applying rate tariffs, so there are many attributes) live? is there anyway to apply and/or manipulate the attributes of always run measures outside of the interface (preferably a text editor)?

This post answers the first part of your question about why you are loosing measures and measure attributes. If you want to be able to save measure attirubutes and then apply them to different models you should consider link text. It allows you to setup one or more workflows of measure and then swap out the OSM model you are using.

Thanks David. Do the measure attributes exist anywhere in a flat text file in run directories? It would appear not, but thought I would double check.
