when adding a water radiator in a single zone is it possible to specify on which wall the radiator is placed

DesignBuilder uses EnergyPlus as a simulation engine. In EnergyPlus the ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective object allows you to assign surfaces which are absorbers of the object's radiant heat.
