Hi. I've ran a 1-year simulation. I'd like from the OS experts to show an easiest way to export specific data (for example zone air temperature) for the whole time range to an excel file or how to retrieve them form Matlab. Sorry. I'm just a beginner. A video or an easy-to-follow steps would appreciable. Thanks

See the answer to these questions:

  1. https://unmethours.com/question/10396/exporting-full-component-level-simulation-results-to-csv-from-openstudio/
  2. https://unmethours.com/question/20140/energyplus-output-variables-in-openstudio/
  3. https://unmethours.com/question/16899/hourly-simulation-data/

Many variables are available by toggling them in the Output Variable tab in OpenStudio. E.g., for Zone Air Temperature:

If there is a variable that is not available in this tab, you can add it with the "Add Output Variable" measure, described in the answers to the questions above.

There are several ways to export output variables to .csv format. See the answers to the previous questions.
