i designed simple system "ideal air load" with open studio however received fatal error during simulation. then i exported the same system as idf and run through energyplus,it worked properly. Any idea why this happens

Please shorted the title to be a summery of the question and update the tags to identify what software you are using. See this page to learn how to view simulation error files in OpenStudio. My first thought for why it would run outside of OpenStudio but not in OpenStudio is that a weather file hasn't been assigned to the model.

i assigned weather file still receive same error. it says opestudio K.10004/resources/run/6-openstudio post process doe s not exist. -open studio version 1.12.5

See the link in my first comment to get at the eplusout.err file. Also have you been able to run any other simulations in OpenStudio, that will help confirm if the installation and EnergyPlus install went smoothly.
