How to hard code the Proposed system parameters in Energypro?

I'm new to Energypro and am trying to respond to LEED review comments requesting that Proposed system parameters be modeled consistent with the mechanical schedule. However, it seems that no matter what I enter in the Central System Library, system, zone, or room, Energypro appears to be autosizing supply airflow, fan power, cooling capacity, and heating capacity based on the load.

For example, I have a system that consists of ERV with HW coil which is supplemented with natural conditioning for cooling (the climate is mild). The system is 100% OA with only a heating coil, but Energypro increases the airflow beyond that entered into the model and adds cooling. Even in a more regular system (split system heat pump) the supply airflow in the SV-A report is inconsistent from that entered into Energypro.

Any suggestions or something to point me in the right direction?
