Edge Conduction ratio errors with LBL THERM and WINDOW

I frequently generate window data for Energy+ with LBL output. However, I have a lot of trouble with single glaze windows because of an out of range edge conduction ratio. Is this an Energy+ issue or an LBL issue, and any advice for how to fix/avoid the problem reliably.
