What have you tried? What's your plant loop "Plant Loop 1"?

In the current form of your question, there's very little useful information for us to help you nor evidence that you've tried anything to solve it. This is borderline a call for a troubleshooting service rather than a proper question. This post outlines what's a good question (though it refers to the specific Q&A site StackOverflow, the guidelines apply here too).

thanks very much for the useful information you are sharing with me, yes i probably should have explained in better way. i'm working on different case studies of different WWR and overhangs and studying the effect on the energy simulation which is currently working quiet well but i was asked to add a water heating system to my model to get the total usage in the building, i followed Tutorial i did exactly as was done in the tutorial and i got an error message that i don't understand, i used the same system before on another model and it worked!!

plant Loop is the one shown in the picture, i worked on changing the schedules and changing the setpoint manager. i also read some previous questions that could have helped but they didn't like the one hereand here. i'm using ideal loads system, could that be the problem! you can check my Model here

Stop using OpenStudio 1.9.0. Your model runs perfectly on the newer versions (I used 1.11.5). See the Latest Releases

That's completely unrelated to this question. Also, you should really try to figure out what the problems are yourself before asking for help... This isn't a troubleshooting service.

For the record, this works in OS 1.11.4, not in OS 1.11.5, and it seems like a bug
