How do I use a roof exhaust fan ventilation on E+?

A roof exhaust fan ventilation system will be tested through the roof to improve the ventilation and the comfort condition. I would like a help to find the option in which I should use in the simulation settings for these system? I searched for several alternatives on input output reference pdf but did not find the option that I needed.
