free cooling in winter
Hello,
I'm trying to model free cooling which should be controlled by outdoor air temperature. Thus, I assigned an Outdoor Air Reset to condenser water loop
I created a schedule which has 0 for 1st rule and 1 for 2nd rule but it doesnt have any impact in the result. How can I make free cooling work?

FWIW, this is OpenStudio, not the legacy plug-in.
Does this tell you what you need to know? Changing the condenser water setpoint isn't going to prevent the chillers from operating. You need to manipulate the operation scheme to get it to do what you want to do.
