I was trying to simulate in Eplus a double skin façade with four vertical thermal zones (subzones) when I got this Warning: "Inside surface heat balance did not converge with Max Temp Difference [C] =2.026E-003 vs Max Allowed Temp Diff [C] =2.000E-003"

What's the correlation with Heat balance algorithm? Can anyone help me?

Conduction transfer

In my view, you can try to reset the maximum surface convection heat transfer coefficient value to the default value 1000. I'm not sure whether this method can solve your problem, just a suggestion.

It was my first option, and doesn't work.

Thank you!!

The problem is solved. I changed the numbers of timesteps from 6 to 12. Lower number of time steps leds to higher delta T between the timesteps (higher than Temperature Convergence Tolerance).
