As The report of psychrometric chart takes a long time to render in OS, I would like to know how can I Open it in a web browser? 
 
I have read these two pages a and b.but still I did not get the point how to open it.
 
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

If your model is located at C:\MyPath\model.osm, go in the folder C:\MyPath\model\run\6-UserScripts (sometimes the number can be different than 6) and then poke around to find the right .html file.
 
It's likely to be inside a mergedjob-X since it's a reporting measure and by default there's already the official openstudio one.

This is correct.  Also, it renders fastest for me in Chrome.
