What are the available 3d heat transfer software packages?

I'm having a hard time finding good multi-dimensional heat transfer software. Therm seems standard for 2d, but has some limitations (I think) in the materials available. Are there any others out there a little more flexible or any similar that can do 3d?

I realize this could be construed as opinionated, but I'm more interested in what's available than opinions about them.

Thanks, Ben

There's Antherm http://www.antherm.at/antherm/EN/

You can also use a multiphysics fem software like Comsol or Elmer fem (open source) https://www.csc.fi/web/elmer

This ASHRAE Research Project should point you in the right direction.
