I am going perform an energy simulation for a warehouse with the height of around 14 m. Since there will be stratification , I was thinking to divide it to two zone, with an air wall at around 3m height. ( which is horizontall). since I also have skylights and dimming control, I am wondering if the air wall is a good option or not?

I don't think it will be accurate. If you haven't see it there is a post about this problem.

However, no ideal solution right now...

Also keep in mind that air walls are only transparent when using Radiance for daylighting.
