Problems creating EnergyPlus Account

Hi guys,

Apologies in advance as I know this is not really the right place to ask this question; however, I have not had any responses using other channels available.

I am trying to download OpenStudio and require an EnergyPlus account but after numerous attempts I am still unable to create an account. I am not sure whether I am not providing the correct information or if it is a problem lies with the website. Is there a known issue currently with the account creation process?

I used EnergyPlus with a custom GUI developed by a lecturer at university, subsequently I wanted to download OpenStudio to try at home.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
