Can I control the indoor temperature without latent energy demands?

I am running a model with ideal air loads controlling only the temperature setpoints, but I was getting latent cooling loads even though I have not set any humidity limits.

I need to define a temperature range and check its effect on the energy consumption and in the relative humidity, but without affecting the humidity ratio. Is this possible?

I don't think this is possible in the OS gui but you can set the SHR to 1 for the ideal air loads system either by using a measure or in energy plus and this should prevent any moisture from being removed.
