Installed BIM server v1.3.4, JDK 7.0.79 and latest release of serializer 1.5
When I'm trying to generate OSM from IFC it creates a file with only a list of spaces with no geometry or any other parameters
The IFC file is here

The BIMServer integration work is being performed by the CBEI consortium.  I would suggest contacting them on github.
