How can I set the minimum efficiency (COP) of Packaged Rooftop Heat Pump to meet the ASHRAE 90.1 levels for Baseline?

I'm setting a Baseline model in OpenStudio 1.10 for a building with less than 2300 m². In this way, I am using a Packaged Rooftop Heat Pump type HVAC system for each thermal zone, as I understand from 90.1. Is this ok?

Then some questions arise:

1) What reference system should I use to set the minimum efficiency of the equipment? I do not understand well the norm, but seems to be the SPVHP Table 6.8.1D (ASHRAE 90.1 2007) or Table 6.8.1-4 (ASHRAE 90.1 2013).

2) If the above system to be selected is SPVHP, the COP minimum specified in the table should be applied only to DX: CoolingCoils? Or COP values specified in the standard refers to the entire system and must then be separated efficiency values for each component: DX:CoolingCoils and Fans?

3) If I must separate the efficiencies, as I think I should, is there an automatic way to do this in OpenStudio, or should I calculate the efficiencies of each component manually and then insert in the program?
