Can I batch upload components to BCL?

I created components for each chiller in the EnergyPlus dataset chillers.idf, that's 162 in total.

How can I batch upload them to the BCL?

And how can I field some attributes to be put in the .xml file that goes with it too? (Manufacturer, reference capacity, rated COP, etc)?

We do have Ruby script-based processes for bulk uploads via the BCL Gem and API, but I don't think it's well documented or error-proof and very few folks outside of the NREL have used it. Given the current status, BCL web goddess, Kat Fleming has volunteered to help you with your upload. Feel free to ping katherine dot fleming at nrel dot gov for assistance.

Is @kflemin more of an Artemis (healer, poet) or a Nemesis (vengeful, remorseless)?
